SwiftSocial is a performance marketing agency that helps home standby generator installers generate consistent installs using paid ads.
Our clients install backup generators for homeowners.
Each job is worth $12,000 – $20,000+.
Our job is simple: Build advertising systems that generate predictable install opportunities every month.
When we do our job well, our clients grow their businesses dramatically.
We currently work with dozens of generator companies across the United States and continue to grow rapidly.
This role exists because we’re expanding our media buying team.
The Opportunity:
This role starts as a Junior Media Buyer, but it’s designed as a training ground for people who want to become elite performance marketers.
You’ll work directly with senior media buyers and learn how to:
• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns
• Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns
• Test new creative concepts
• Diagnose failing campaigns and fix them
• Scale campaigns that are working
If you perform well, you’ll gradually take ownership over more accounts.
Our best media buyers eventually manage large portfolios of client campaigns and participate in the performance bonus pool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Assisting senior media buyers with campaign setup and optimization
• Monitoring ad performance across multiple accounts
• Helping identify winning ads and scaling them
• Reviewing lead quality and campaign results
• Testing new creative angles and ad structures
• Supporting campaign troubleshooting when results drop
You’ll also help with:
• Organizing campaign data and reporting
• Identifying trends across accounts
• Researching new ad strategies
• Helping us improve our internal advertising playbooks
The goal is simple:
Help our clients generate more installs.
Compensation:
This role participates in our Media Buyer Pod structure.
Compensation includes:
• Base salary
• Performance bonus tied to company renewal revenue
Our media buyers participate in a 5.5% renewal revenue bonus pool, distributed among the pod based on role and performance.
This means your compensation can grow as the company grows.
Top performers have the opportunity to grow into senior roles within the pod structure.
Pay: Base Salary + Revenue Share; $1,800/month + 15% of Client Retainer Revenue Share Pool.
Projected Monthly Pay: $3,000 to $5,000+
